Marine-grade polymer is a dense HDPE sheet material designed for outdoor cabinetry. It brings low-maintenance, season-to-season practicality without the painting or staining routine of wood.
Soft-close hinges and drawer slides, stainless steel hardware, and useful shelf and pullout configurations keep the kitchen organized and comfortable to use.
Plan applied ends and backs, fillers, appliance openings, and countertop edges together. The visible sides of an island deserve the same attention as the front.
Why marine-grade poly for Colorado?
Colorado’s outdoor kitchens live through dry summer heat, sudden storms, snow, and repeated temperature changes. Elevation Signature’s dense marine-grade polymer gives us a compelling foundation for a kitchen designed to stay outdoors.
Compared with moisture-sensitive wood-based cabinet boxes, nonabsorbing HDPE avoids the water-swelling and rot cycle. Its cabinet body also cannot rust like exposed steel. Hardware, appliances, countertops, and installation details still need the right specification and care.
Elevation Signature’s outdoor-grade MGP is designed to resist UV-related fading under sunlight. You get color and finish choices without a recurring wood staining routine. Review the selected finish and care guidance; prolonged exposure and dark-surface heat still matter.
MGP does not absorb water. Snowmelt and rain do not soak into the cabinet sheet as they can with wood-based materials. Drainage and a sound patio or deck keep the whole installation working properly.
Nonabsorbing cabinet material avoids damage driven by water saturating the cabinet sheet and then freezing. This is a material advantage, not a freeze-proof guarantee for sinks, pipes, countertops, or appliances.
Routine cleaning replaces the repainting and restaining expected of exposed wood cabinetry. Allow for thermal movement, protect the material from excessive heat, and keep hardware and appliances maintained.

11 exterior finishes
Choose wood-grain character or a clean solid finish. Coordinate doors, exterior panels, and furniture around your home’s architecture.

Cabinet interiors are available in Matte Black, Matte White, or Fog. These are printed/material wood-grain looks, not natural wood. Screen color and texture can vary; approve physical samples before ordering.
Dark Ash or Graphite cabinetry, black bar pulls, and a light stone-look custom top. A crisp palette beside dark window frames and gray pavers.
Teak or Hickory exterior panels, stainless hardware, and Hammered Bronze tops. Pair with buff stone and warm timber details.
Matte White or Fog cabinetry, clean-lined doors, and a coordinated pale top. Add wood-grain accents to warm up a modern patio.
Door profiles
Six style families—Malibu Narrow, Malibu Wide, Malta, Napa, Pippa Narrow, and Pippa Wide—with full-height and drawer-front versions.

Cabinet and sink configurations affect front compatibility. Confirm the selected profile on every door, drawer, and false front in the approved order.

A grill flanked by preparation space and storage works well along the edge of a patio. Keep doors and appliance service areas clear.
Finish the back and ends, plan supported seating overhangs, and keep guests out of the main cooking path.
Use corner planning to separate cooking and serving. Coordinate footprints and access before products or countertops are ordered.
