Choose the line and approve samples
Compare our premier Elevation Signature marine-grade poly cabinetry with the Elevation Modular modular alternative. Select exterior finish, door fronts, hardware, storage needs, and countertop direction. Review physical samples with your furniture and patio materials.
Confirm the site and appliance schedule
For an installed project, Elevation Build Co. reviews the footprint, surface condition, slope, access, and utility locations. Exact grill, burner, sink, refrigeration, and other appliance model numbers drive openings and ventilation.
Review drawings and the itemized proposal
Approve cabinet sizes, door swings, fillers, applied panels, countertop seams and overhangs, appliance fit, and finished elevations. Your proposal identifies product supply, delivery, installation, countertop fabrication, utilities, site work, and any required approvals.
Approve the order and payment terms
Confirm the selections and written order before products are released. Deposit and milestone payments follow your accepted proposal. Current lead times are communicated for the selected products; production and delivery dates are confirmed as the order progresses.
Coordinate delivery and construction
We coordinate the selected supply or installation scope. Site preparation and gas, plumbing, and electrical rough-ins happen before cabinets are set when the project requires them. Installation scheduling accounts for access, weather, permits, and product arrival.
Walk through the finished kitchen
Review doors, drawers, cabinet alignment, countertops, and the work completed under the installation agreement. Receive product care guidance, winterization responsibilities, and the applicable warranty information.

Site preparation & setting
Review the patio or deck, establish the agreed layout, and complete any contracted preparation. Assemble, position, level, and secure cabinets as required by the selected product and site.
Countertops & appliances
Coordinate field verification and templating for custom tops. Plan supports, cutouts, seams, and appliance clearances. Appliance placement and connections follow the agreed scope and manufacturer requirements.
Finish & handoff
Complete the contracted fillers, applied ends and backs, trim, adjustments, and cleanup. Walk through the final details and care requirements before closeout.
Gas, plumbing, electrical, structural work, and permits are coordinated with qualified trades or the appropriate project professionals when required. Inclusion depends on the accepted installation agreement.

Your walkthrough covers care for the selected cabinet materials and countertops, and identifies water-line, sink, and appliance winterization responsibilities. The required steps depend on the exact products and utilities in your kitchen.
Can I order cabinetry without installation?
Yes. Ask for a product-supply quote. Delivery, customer assembly, site preparation, countertop fabrication, and utility work are assigned clearly in the quote so the order matches your plan.
